Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect items received
• Items lost during transit (when confirmed by the carrier)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind purchases
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Minor variations in color, size, or appearance that do not affect product functionality

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Items
