How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–20 business days within the United States. Processing times may take 1–5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, RareLoot ships only within the United States.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when eligible.
Do you accept returns?
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
